Jennifer was born in Sherman Oaks in Los Angeles. John Aniston is her father as well as Nancy Dow, mother. Jennifer was brought up in a family that was populated by actors. Telly Savalas is her godfather and a very close family friend of Jennifer's dad. She lived in various areas of the country due to the acting talents that her father was involved in. While living in New York, her parents divorced and she was given the custody by her mom. Her first schooling began at the Rudolf Steiner School when she was six years old. This Waldorf-style school inspired by the philosophy of Rudolf Steiner. Aniston was a talented artist and had her work been displayed in the New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art. Aniston decided to study acting when she watched the Broadway production Children of a Lesser God. At the age of 2000, she attended her first class at New York High School for Actors. Following her graduation, she worked in the restaurant chain called The Jackson Hole situated in Manhattan. Thanks to her good performance, she could be found in numerous roles in Off Broadway productions such as For Dear Life at the New York Public Theater and Dancing On Checker's Grave. She relocated into Los Angeles, California in looking for new job opportunities. In the early 90's, she was a part of several TV series.
