Lis Wiehl is an American lawyer and writer who was formerly a Fox News analyst.
She currently serves as an adjunct professor of law in New York Law School. Before that, she worked as an associate professor at University of Washington Law School. She has also provided legal analysis on National Public Radio program and on Bill O'Reilly's radio program, The Radio Factor. She's been on The O'Reilly Factor and Your World With Neil Cavuto. Wiehl graduated from West Valley High School, Yakima. She was born in Yakima. She has a Bachelor of Arts at Barnard College and an MA in Literature (University of Queensland) as well as the JD degree in law from Harvard Law School.
Wiehl was a prosecutor in the past of The US Attorney. She worked as a correspondent for legal issues for the NPR program All Things Considered. She was "the deputy chief investigative counsel for Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee during Clinton's impeachment." From 1995 until 2001, she served as an adjunct professor of law in the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle and was in charge of the Trial Advocacy Program. Wiehl was employed as an analyst for Fox News legal analyst from 2001 to 2017.
